In this class you will learn about the Minnesota Solitary Bees as well as Honey Bees, their similarities and differences. During the second half of the class, you will learn how to distinguish the differences between several different honeys. You will be given step-by-step instructions on how to taste honey, describe its flavor, and determine what other flavors pair best with a particular honey as you taste honeys from around the world.
