Hello friends,

This summer has been filled with hope for a return to normalcy. We’ve enjoyed seeing people’s faces coming through the door, and in class. Unfortunately, we’re at a place in our community where we need to take a few steps backward, or perhaps a little stalling would be the more appropriate term. As the Delta variant sweeps through the country, we at Ely Folk School want to do what we can to keep you safe. That means, postponing the Potluck Celebration planned for August 22. We are also now asking that you enter the Ely Folk School wearing a mask.

We hope that you will still attend our free outdoor music performance by Superior Siren on August 26th at 6pm at the Ely Folk School Pocket Park on Sheridan Street.

We will do our best to keep you informed of any upcoming changes as soon as possible.

Stay safe, stay healthy
